True a wheel in twenty minutes

A wheel that rubs the brake once per turn is almost always a spoke that has lost a little tension. You do not need a truing stand: the frame and a zip tie do the job.

Spin the wheel slowly and watch the gap between the rim and the brake pad on both sides. Mark the high spot with a piece of tape.
