The challenge

Loved locally, invisible on the shelf.

Halden had a loyal neighbourhood following, but their packaging disappeared next to national brands. Every new product had been designed in isolation, so nothing looked like it belonged to the same family.
Our approach

Turn the roaster’s ritual into a visual system.

We built the identity around the circular drum of the roaster: a bold mark, a warm tangerine palette and a label grid that flexes from single origins to seasonal blends.

“People now recognise our bags from across the shop. The new brand gave our whole team a reason to be proud of what we put on the shelf.”
