A live demo of Aluleth Support and Support Pro: the help desk of a fictional bike shop in Portland, with three months of sample tickets, chats and help articles. Nothing you send leaves the demo, and everything goes back to the start every night.
What to try
- Open a request on the help desk page, as a customer would. While you type the subject, help articles that may answer it appear.
- Ask the chat bubble (bottom right) about an order, a return or a frame size: the assistant answers from the help articles, then a person can take over.
- Browse the help center and vote on an article.
- Send the workshop form: it opens a ticket through Aluleth Forms.
- See it as a customer: Riley has three requests and two orders.
- Try the admin: the inbox, a ticket with AI reply drafts, live chat, reports, rules and the settings.
